Journey into a deeper appreciation of nature with Fontenelle Forest’s new series, Pathways Through Nature! Bring your partner or some friends to this program, and embrace your inner naturalist as you explore a different topic at each session.
Each of the six sessions will include an educational presentation and an activity.
This program is geared towards adults 18 and older.

February 8: Squeakhearts: Animals in Love |

Marshes, swamps and bogs -oh my! Explore the parts of our planet where land meets water. We’ll learn about all the plants and animals that make these unique ecosystems their home! This program includes some hands-on wetland water exploration, so dress to get wet.REGISTER for June 6 |
August 8: Our Backyard Bugs |
Creeping, crawling, fluttering, flying; insects come in all shapes and sizes and have adapted to a variety of environments. Learn about some of the bugs that you can potentially find in your own backyard. We’ll also create an insect themed art piece to take home.REGISTER for August 8 |
October 10: Nebraska’s Natural History |
