Beat the winter blues and embrace a season of self-care at Fontenelle Forest’s Winter Wellness Series! Each of the four sessions will ground attendees in nature, use artistic expression and incorporate the tranquility and serenity of the winter season.
Don’t miss this opportunity to prioritize your well-being and embark on a journey towards a healthier, happier you this winter.
This program is geared towards adults 18 and older.
