Forest Therapy Walk at Neale Woods

Come join AFNT guide in training, Julie Mckeone, for a forest therapy walk (also known as Shinrin Yoku and forest bathing). Throughout the walk, invitations will be offered to connect walkers to the forest for the purpose of enhancing health, wellness, and happiness. This is a gentle practice and all are welcomed. Dress for the weather, bring water, and apply insect repellent.
