August and September public canoe trips

Come experience Fontenelle Forest’s Great Marsh with a partner or a group! There is so much to see and hear in this secluded wetland habitat. From owls to beavers, the rising sun or full moon, don’t miss out on this adventure! This paddling program is perfect for those just getting their feet wet and also those who are looking for a fun time using their own skills out on the water. Expect a laid back atmosphere where outdoor exploration is encouraged and discovery is guaranteed! Try a special canoe trip this year: Full Moon Owl Encounter. We will explore the Great Marsh and its array of wildlife! We will listen for and talk about Owls and meet one up close. Sign up for our September 24th date before it fills up!
