Join us for Yoga at the Forest, Sunday mornings from 8:15-9:00 a.m. Enjoy a gentle Hatha-style yoga class surrounded by the beauty of the Forest.

Yoga will take place outside on Dennis Plaza when the weather allows. During the colder months, it will be moved inside into the Forest Room.

Classes will include breathwork, gentle postures, and final relaxation. Bring your own mat, water, and any personal items that might be useful. Masks are required to enter the Nature Center and are recommended for socializing before and after class. Please respect the six-foot recommended spacing between mats.

Class size is limited to 20 participants. Pre-registration is required.

This program is free for members and $20 for non-members.
