Migratory Raptor Zoom Program

Join us on May 22 via Zoom as Fontenelle Forest Raptor Team handlers present a Migratory Raptor Zoom program, in coordination with Nebraska Bird Month.
This event will feature three live raptors species:
- Barn owl
- Swainson’s hawk
- Peregrine falcon
The audience will learn about migratory styles and patterns and learn how light pollution affects their journeys.
This program is appropriate for all ages,
Cost: FREE for members and non-members.

This event is part of the Nebraska May Birdblitz Collaboration.
Pheasants Forever & Quail Forever of Nebraska, Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, Fontenelle Forest, Audubon at Rowe, Audubon of Omaha, and Bird Conservancy of the Rockies join to educate and provide hands-on experiences in learning about and protecting our bird populations.
