Hiking for Seniors

For seniors, walking offers numerous health benefits. One of the more enjoyable ways to walk is to hike in the forest. Join us on the last Wednesday of each month for our senior hike. Each hike will be 1-2 miles with some hills, and at a pace that accommodates all participants. Dress for the weather, bring water, and apply sunscreen and insect repellent. This program is free for members or with daily admission for non-members.
