Family Sundays in the Forest: Writing Hike

Explore the sights and sounds of the forest through the lens of writing! Poet, teacher, and master naturalist Jeff Lacey will lead you on a trek through the forest, with stops for guided writing along the way. This is a great chance to brush off your writing skills and to celebrate the forest with your own prose or poetry.

All ages welcome. The hike will stick primarily to the all-access boardwalk. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, an inside walk-and-write activity will be held. This program is free for members or with daily admission.
