City Nature Challenge at Fontenelle Forest

Come search out a variety of wildlife, plants, and fungi during City Nature Challenge 2022 at Fontenelle Forest!

We will have various information stations set up outside the Nature Center on Dennis Plaza. Knowledgeable volunteers will be ready to inform you about the plants and animals you may discover during your trip. There will also be a raptor specialist on hand to educate visitors about the amazing raptor ambassadors that call Fontenelle Forest home.

Then go on a self-guided exploration of the Forest to see what you can discover! 

This event is free for members and with paid daily admission for non-members. No advanced registration is required. See daily admission prices here.

City Nature Challenge 2022 is organized by Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium.
