Hiking for Seniors

For seniors, walking offers numerous health benefits. One of the more enjoyable ways to walk is to hike in the forest. Join us on the 4th Wednesday of each month for our senior hike. Each hike will be 1-2 miles with some hills, and at a pace that accommodates all participants. Beginner and experienced hikers are all welcome. Some hiking poles will be provided. Sunday Trekking

Join us for Sunday Trekking at the Forest! We will hike 2-4 miles on different trails each week, and explore the forest during the winter months. Hikes will be more advanced and traverse hilly terrain. We encourage you to bring snow shoes on snowy days! Remember to dress for the weather and bring water.
